Forwarding a Message to an Extension
You can forward a message to one or more extensions.
 To forward a Voicemail message to an extension:

1. Open a Messages list, as described in “Accessing Your Messages” on page 145.
2. Highlight the desired message using the or navigation key.
3. Press to display the soft keys shown in Figure 185.
4. Press to begin the forwarding process. The Forward Message screen, as
shown in Figure 186, appears.
If you have enabled Distribution Lists, the soft key appears. See “To
forward an existing Voicemail message to a Distribution List:” on page 151.
If your system has Group Mailboxes, the soft key appears. See “To forward
a Voicemail message to a Group Mailbox:” on page 153.
5. Enter the extension using the dial pad.
OR
Press and choose one or more extensions from the Extension list shown
in Figure 187 on page 150.
