Highlight the desired extensions using the or navigation key and press
SELECT. The Forward Message screen appears, as shown in Figure 188.
You have the following options:
 Press to add another extension. Messages can be forwarded to three
extensions simultaneously. Enter the desired extension and press SELECT.
 Press to remove the currently highlighted extension from the list.
6. Optional: Press to record an introductory message. See “To record a
message introduction:” on page 154.
7. Press to forward the message.
The Message Forwarded message shown
in Figure 189 appears. The forwarded
message appears in the recipient’s
Messages list.
