 To forward a message:

Message
1. From Messages playback mode, press OPTIONS. Message
playback stops and the screen shown in Figure 224 appears.
2. Press 3 to display the Message Forward screen, shown in
Figure 225.
3. Enter a three-digit Extension number using the dial pad.
OR
Press to display the Extension list shown in
Figure 226.
 Press the or navigation key to scroll through
the Extension list. Then press SELECT.
OR
 Use the dial pad to find the desired entry by name.
See “Deskset Dial-Pad Entry” on page 30.
Once you have selected the destination, appears, as
shown in Figure 227.

Message Confirmation
You cannot forward messages to four-digit extension
numbers. You can enter only three-digit extensions using
the Handset dial pad. Selecting a four-digit extension
from the Extension list returns you to the Message
Forward screen, shown in Figure 225.
You cannot forward messages from the Cordless Handset
to Group Mailboxes or Distribution Lists.
