Managing Missed Calls
All incoming calls are recorded in the Call Log unless Call Forward All is on and calls are forwarded to another extension or
outside phone number (Call Appearance mode only). Unanswered calls that have not been reviewed are considered new.
 To view missed calls:

 Press CALL LOG. The newest call appears first.
 Call Appearance mode only—New Missed Calls are unanswered calls that
have not been reviewed. The system notifies you of any new calls on the Idle
screen, as shown in Figure 231.
To display the New Missed Calls list, as shown in Figure 232, highlight # New
Missed Calls and press SELECT.
 In the New Missed Calls list, a call record is no longer considered new
once you highlight it.
 Once a new call is reviewed in the New Calls list or the Call Log, the #
New Missed Calls is reduced by one.
