Voicemail Distribution
If you enable Voicemail Distribution, you can leave new messages or forward existing messages to groups that you create in the
WebUI. This feature is disabled by default. If you enable this feature, there will be an additional step every time you press
MESSAGES to access your Voicemail. See “Accessing Your Messages” on page 145.
 To enable and disable Voicemail Distribution Lists:

1. In the Navigation Menu at left, click Voicemail
Distribution to display the screen shown in
Figure 332 or Figure 333.
2. Click to enable or
to disable Voicemail
Distribution.
If you have already enabled Voicemail Distribution
and created one or more Voicemail Distribution
lists, the existing lists appear, as shown in
Figure 333.
