Cordless Handset Screen Icons
The Handset screen icons provide an indication of Handset activity. Table 7 lists and describes the screen icons you might see.

Conference on hold Appears when a conference
call is placed on hold.
Incoming ring or
ringer on

call, or during volume control.
Speaker or page Appears when you switch to
speakerphone or when paging.
Silenced incoming
ring or ringer
silenced (muted)
Appears during an incoming
call, or during volume control.
Headset in use Appears when a Headset is on
a call.
Active call (off
hook)
Present during an active call. Voicemail message Appears in the Call Log to
indicate that a caller has left a

Conference Present during a conference

Message playback

are additional messages
before or after this one.
