Make a call (Cont.)
To make a Skype/Lync call:
Make sure the headset base is in PC mode and you have
logged in to Skype or Lync.
Press on the headset.
Dial the number on your Skype or Lync.
Answer a call
When there is an incoming landline call:
You can choose one of the
following ways to answer the call:
Click ANSWER on the
pop-up window.
Click ANSWER in the
LANDLINE status bar under the
SOFTPHONE panel.
Click ANSWER in the
LANDLINE panel.
Press the button on the headset.
When there is an incoming Skype/Lync call:
You can choose one of the following ways to answer the call:
Click ANSWER on the Skype/Lync pop-up window.
Click ANSWER in the SKYPE/LYNC status bar in the
SOFTPHONE panel.
Press the button on the headset.
