- Setting heating line

This function can only be changed when adaption is "OFF".

Press the

key until the words "Heat line CH" appear on the display.

The ATAG Brain timer thermostat calculates, when adaption is "ON", the optimum setting for the heating line

(K-factor) for your heating appliance. The value for the heating line flashing on the display is not a permanent

setting. This setting changes, depending upon a variety of factors. The outside temperature and the settings

for the heating line determine the flow water temperature for the heating installation. For a system without

an outside sensor, an outside temperature of 0°C is simulated

Manually changing the heating line is possible once the "Adaption" function has been switched off.

The value of the heating line on the display will not blink anymore.

Using the

or key, you can set the K-factor of the heating line.
