USE
The heating elements are made of cast iron. The heat comes from
the spiral filaments lying in rings in the element.
The heat is transferred by direct conduction to the base of the pan.
When the hob is in use the control light on the control panel goes on.
Before using your new hob for the first time, each element should
be switched on to the highest setting for 3-4 minutes, without a pan
being used.
The manufacturer has applied a rust-preventive layer to each
element. When the hob is heated strongly for the first time a
burning smell will be noticeable. This is normal.
Moisture on the elements can cause rust.
