refrigerator section drawers (continued)
Set the temperature control to the highest setting.
The control is set to normal refrigerator
temperature. No cold air is introduced. This
setting is suitable for storing vegetables.
removal of drawers
The drawers may be pulled out. To prevent them
from being completely slid out of the fridge/freezer
combination, they are fitted with an end block.
Remove drawers as follows:
1. Lift up the drawer a little.
2. Pull the drawer past the end block.

When replacing a drawer, make sure that it fits into
the rail runners on the right. Then, push on the top
of the drawer to ensure that it is securely in the
runners.

1. First, remove the drawer under the glass shelf.
2. Remove everything from the glass shelf.
3. Tilt the shelf up at the rear and push it about
13 mm towards the rear, until it clears the
notches at the front.
4. Remove the shelf.

Replace the shelf in reverse sequence.
N.B.
If the door cannot be fully opened, you should first
remove the bottom door compartments (see
"removal of door compartments").

vegetable and fruit drawers
At the bottom of the refrigerator there are three
drawers. The upper two are specially designed for
keeping vegetables and fruit fresh. In one of these
drawers you can keep vegetables at a high level of
humidity, while in the other you can keep fruit at a
lower level of humidity.

Set the temperature control to setting .
The drawer is set to a high level of humidity,
suitable for keeping vegetables.

The drawer is set to a low level of humidity,
suitable for keeping fruit.
meat/vegetable drawer with adjustable
temperature
The meat/vegetable drawer has its own air duct, by
means of which a current of cold air from the fre e z e r
section can circulate round the drawer. The curre n t
of air can be set by means of the temperature
c o n t ro l .
Set the temperature control to the lowest
setting.
This setting is suitable for storing fresh meat. If
the temperature control remains on this setting
for an extended period of time, some ice may
form on the inside of the drawer.
