removal of decorative trim strip from
door handle
1. Open the door of the freezer section and
remove the screw in the protective cover of
the door handle.
N.B. Try not to remove the protective cover.
2. Loosen the screws along the top decorative
trim strip by about 6 mm.
3. Remove the five screws on the side of the
door handle (see accompanying illustration).
You will find extra screws for the decorative
trim strip in the vegetable and fruit drawers.
4. Carefully remove the door handle and the
top protective cover.
N.B.
Make sure that the bottom protective cover is
not damaged when you remove the door handle.
It is attached to the handle by means of a screw
and needn't be removed.
fitting door claddings
Carefully slide the cladding panels between the
door and the decorative trim strips.
When fitting the top panel in the freezer section
door, make sure that the sawn-out corner is in
the top left position.

Models with decorative trim strips may be fitted
with door claddings.
The sizes of the cladding panels to be sawn out
are as follows:
top of freezer section 364 mm x 476 mm
bottom of freezer section 364 mm x 822 mm
refrigerator section 510 mm x 1656 mm
Panels which are 6 mm thick fit between
decorative trim strips and the door. In the case
of thinner panels, you should insert filling
material between the door and the panel.
Your dealer can supply you with ready-made
stainless steel panels.
