3. PRODuCT DESCRIPTION
Basic Uses:
1” Field-Lok is a mechanically seamed, double-
locked non-structural panel ideally suited for
both straight and curved applications. This 1”
deep panel oers an economical alternative
to snap-on seams, while also maintaining the
exibility of being curved.
Composition & Materials:
Standard Oerings: 1” Field-Lok panels are
roll-formed from .032 Aluminum; 24 gauge
Metallic Coated Steel.
Special Oerings: 22 gauge Metallic Coated
Steel; 24 gauge 55% Al-Zn coated Steel with
acrylic coating; 16 or 20 oz. Copper.
Sizes:
The FLL panels have a 1” seam height and are
available in 13 ½” (FLL135), 17 ½” (FLL175), and
21 ¾” (FLL217) widths. Panel lengths are cut
to customer specications with a 4’ minimum
and a maximum to transportation limitations.
Curved and tapered panels are available.

A choice of 30 colors is available in aKYNAR
500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish.

5. INSTALLATION
Field seaming equipment is necessary to
install this panel. The seaming tool may
be rented from ATAS at a weekly rate. An
expansion clip is used to allow for thermal
movement. Optional factory sealant is
available. Installation manuals or hands-on
training via seminars are available through

6. AVAILABILITY & COST
Availability:
1” Field-Lok panels are readily available
through ATAS product distributors.
A complete line of related components and
trim accessories is available to complete
the roof system. Flat sheet and/or coil stock
in matching color are also available for
fabrication of related accessories by the
installing contractor.

7. WARRANTY
Products coated with a uoropolymer, KYNAR
500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish carry
a thirty (30) year limited warranty against
cracking, peeling, chalking and fading.
8. mAINTENANCE
1” Field-Lok panels are virtually maintenance
free. Surface residue may be easily removed
by conventional cleaning methods. Minor
scratches may be touched up with a matching
paint, available from the manufacturer.
