The index page of PalmTool will popup. Input the IP address of the phone into Local IP field (such as 192.168.1.100), and then click “Phone Settings” button. Use PalmTool to set the IP phone, please set debug as output or output all firstly, otherwise PalmTool cannot connect IP phone.

It works just like an ordinary phone for incoming calls. When it rings, you can receive the call by following methods: Use handset: Lift the handset and begin speaking. When the call is over, put the handset back.
