4. Delete all the temporary Internet-related files
To remove all the temporary Internet related files from your client
computer, follow these steps:
a) Start Internet Explorer.
b) On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
c) Click the General tab.
d) Under Temporary Internet files, click Settings.
e) Click Delete Files.
f) Click OK.
g) Click Delete Cookies.
h) Click OK.
i) Under History, click Clear History, and then click Yes.
j) Click OK.
5. Make sure that you have the latest version of Microsoft DirectX installed
