PREPÄRATioN:
Before assembling, make sure that you will have enough space around the
item; Use the present tooling for assembling; before assembling please check whether all
needed parts are available.
It is strongly recommended this machine to be assem bied by two
or
more people
to
avoid
possible injury.
Step
1:
Attach the front & rear stabilizer (43, 5) to the main frame (1) with the carriage bolt (6),
arc
washer (3) and cap nut (2).

Step
2:
Connect the sensor wire (41) from the main frame (1) to the upper sensor wire (40) from the
vertical tube (38). Put the cable end
of
resistance cable
of
tension controller (52) into the spring
hook
of
tension cable (53). Pull the resistance cable
of
tension controller (52) up and force it into
the gap
of
metal bracket
of
tension cable (53) as shown in picture.
And then insert the vertical tube (38) to the main frame (1) and secure with hex pan head screw
(39) and arc washer (3).
