3 Wenn die Säge an eine Späneabsauganlage angeschlossen wird: − Notwendige Luftmenge 1150 m³/h Unterdruck am Absaugstutzen 1160 pa bei einer Luftgeschwindigkeit von 20 m/s − Die Absauganlage ist einzuschalten, bevor die Bearbeitung beginnt. Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich in Ordnung! Unordnung kann Unfälle zur Folge haben. Berücksichtigen Sie Umgebungseinflüsse: − Setzen Sie die Säge nicht dem Regen aus.
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig das Kabel der Säge und lassen Sie es bei Beschädigungen von einer anerkannten Fachkraft erneuern. Beim Verlegen der Anschlussleitung darauf achten, dass sie nicht stört, gequetscht, geknickt und die Steckverbindung nicht nass wird. Kontrollieren Sie Verlängerungskabel regelmäßig und ersetzen Sie sie, wenn sie beschädigt sind. Verwenden Sie keine defekten Anschlussleitungen.
Arbeitshinweise Wechselstrom-Ausführung (230 V) Der Längsanschlag ist in Pfeilrichtung stufenlos verstellbar. Die Feststellung des Längsanschlages erfolgt durch die Sterngriffschraube (15). L Lesen Sie die Skala an der Stelle (A) ab. Drehstrom-Ausführung (400 V) drücken, um die Schalterklappe zu öffnen AUS EIN Leuchtdioden Längsanschlag abklappen ¾ Lösen Sie die Sterngriffschraube (15). ¾ Stellen Sie den Längsanschlag auf ca. 190 mm ein. ¾ Klappen Sie den Längsanschlag herunter.

Anschluss einer Späneabsaugvorrichtung Spanauswurfschlitz geschlossen (Betrieb mit Späneabsaugvorrichtung) Zum Absaugen der Sägespäne kann die Säge an eine Absaugeinrichtung angeschlossen werden. (Ø Absaugstutzen: 100 mm). Schließen Sie das Verschlussblech am Spanauswurfschlitz und schrauben Sie es mit den Sterngriffschrauben (C) fest. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Sägeblatt rost- und harzfrei bleibt. Entfernen Sie Harzrückstände von der Oberfläche der Tischplatte.
3. Stecken Sie den Haltedorn (31) in die Motorwelle und lösen Sie die Spannmutter (26). ( Linksgewinde) Transport Vor jedem Transport : - Gerät ausschalten - Stillstand des Sägeblattes abwarten - Netzstecker ziehen - Zubehörteile wie Anschläge müssen sicher an der Maschine befestigt bzw. geklemmt sein. 4. 5. Upevněte rozvorný klín spolu s kotoučovým krytem. 6. Upevněte stolní vložku. 7. Sklopte kryt kotouče zpět do výchozí polohy. Nastavení rozvorného klínu Po každé výměně kotouče je nutné přezkoušet nastavení rozvorného klínu. Skladování Odpojit od sítě. Pilu skladujte v suché a uzamčené místností, kam děti nemají přístup.

Istruzioni di lavoro Versione per corrente alternata (230 V) L’arresto longitudinale è regolabile in continuo nella direzione della freccia. Il blocco dell’arresto longitudinale avviene mediante la vite a stella (15). L Leggere la scala nel punto (A). Versione per corrente trifase (400 V) premere per aprire il coperchio dell’interruttore OFF ON LED Abbassamento dell’arresto longitudinale ¾ Allentare la vite a stella (15). ¾ Regolare l’arresto longitudinale su 190 mm circa.

Collegamento di un dispositivo per l’aspirazione dei trucioli Fessura espulsione trucioli chiusa (funzionamento con dispositivo per l’aspirazione dei trucioli) Per l’aspirazione dei trucioli è possibile collegare la sega a un apposito dispositivo. (Ø manicotto di aspirazione: 100 mm). Collegare la lamiera di chiusura alla fessura di espulsione dei trucioli e avvitarla mediante vite a stella. Utilizzare ad esempio olio per macchine da cucire, olio idraulico fluido o spruzzi d’olio ecologico.

Elektrische aansluitingen of reparaties mogen alleen door een erkend bedrijf of een erkende reparatiewerkplaats uitgevoerd worden. De plaatselijke voorschriften moeten opgevolgd worden. Onderhoud Zaagbladwissel Voordat u het zaagblad wisselt eerst de steker uit het stopcontact halen. Spanenafvalsleuf open (bedrijf zonder spanenafzuigvoorziening) Snijgevaar! Het zaagblad is zwaar en kan glibberig zijn. Draag bij de wissel van het zaagblad handschoenen.
