Introduction
The following is a help resource to be used with AtlasIED BlueBridge series of processors. The intent of this guide is to assist you in
connecting and setting up your processor and control network as to be used in your project location.
While BlueBridge Designer is designed to be user friendly, this is a technical product that may require some further learning and
assistance. Upon thorough completion of this guide, please visit www.AtlasIED.com for further material, including video tutorials. This
guide will have a heavy focus of the BlueBridge family of processors. The BlueBridge Designer software is universal in use to the whole
series of processors.
All BlueBridge Series processors contain the following in each box:

The factory design file is a basic input pass-through with a Matrix Mixer installed. This is to help assist you with basic troubleshooting
before you begin your project. The included USB thumb drive contains the BlueBridge Designer software which is required to connect
to hardware processors. The BlueBridge Designer software is constantly updating and improving. It is recommended to check the
AtlasIED website FREQUENTLY for update as there may be critical updates available. BlueBridge Designer software and firmware
versions are forward and backwards compatible, however it is HIGHLY recommended to have the latest version installed to prevent any
problems that may arise from inconsistency. New features will not work on old platforms and you may experience unexpected results.
The following are required to work with a BlueBridge device:
