GPIO – High Priority Input
In the UI, select the GPIO tab then:
1. Select High Priority input
2. Enter a name for the function.
3. Select the type of activation action. Selections are: Mute All Zones, Set All Zones to Source, or Play Message in All Zones.
4. Depending on your selection in 3, select message or source desired from list. Select “Repeat Message Indefinitely” if desired.
5. Select Contact Closure (CC) or Voltage Trigger (VT).
6. Select Invert to reverse the logic action. Default CC is NO (normally open); When Invert is selected, NC (the trigger action will be active
until you connect the port to common).
7. Status indicator will light when port is triggered (Active).
8. Enable sets High Priority port “F” to accept input.
9. These faders allow setting the zone and group zone levels to use while Active.
10. Select Wall Controller Lock & Alert status. When triggered, all accessories will flash red and functionality will be disabled until trigger is removed.
11. (below) Example of wiring Port F to common with contact closure connection and a voltage trigger. This can be connected to a relay
activated by an alarm system.
