End User License Agreement
SUMMARY:
--- Default "Home" license ---
- The default "Home" free license gives you the right to install the software on your private
computer and use it for personal use only.
- It does not give you the right to use it for professional use (where you are getting paid or
compensated for an activity that involves using the software), without purchasing an
additional "Pro" license.
--- Additional "Pro" license ---
- The "Pro" license gives you the right to use the software for professional use.
- This license is personal and not transferable. Once linked to your email, you cannot sell or
give it to someone else.
- It gives you the right to install and use the software on a maximum of two computers, by
one person.
- It does not give you the right to rent or sell computer systems, on which the software is
installed, or to rent or sell the software or part of it.
- Once activated, the software cannot be refunded, unless found to be defective by Atomix
Technical Support.
- Licenses purchased on-line for instant download through our website or through in-app
purchases, are considered opened at the time of purchase, and therefore no refund can be
given.
