General Rules for the Offender
Once all Elmo-Tech equipment has been installed and the Offender’s
monitoring program has been activated, the following rules should be
adhered to:
• Never touch or move the MEMS 3000 HomeStation once it has
been installed
• Never place any objects on top of the MEMS 3000 HomeStation
• Never disconnect the power cord from either the MEMS 3000
HomeStation, or the wall socket
• Never attempt to open the MEMS 3000 HomeStation
• Always stay inside the designated curfew area during an in-house
curfew time frame
• Never attempt to open the transmitting tag strap
• Never cut or break the transmitting tag strap
The following appliances and services are prohibited:
• Answering machine
• Fax machine
• Fax \ Internet modem
• ADSL Internet service
• Call forwarding \ waiting services
