SIDE EFFECTS
Please consult your doctor or hearing care professional at once if
you notice the following symptoms:

Sensation of a foreign body
•
Build-up of earwax
•
Skin irritation
•
Dizziness
•
Vomiting
•
Headache
•
Pain in or behind the ear
•
A subjective deterioration in your hearing or an increase in
the tinnitus level
Good health practice requires a medical evaluation by a licensed
physician (preferably a physician specializing in ear diseases)
before recommending a hearing aid to a person with a hearing
loss. Licensed physicians specializing in ear diseases are often
referred to as otolaryngologists, otologists or otorhinolaryngo-
logists. The purpose of the medical evaluation is to ensure that
all medically treatable conditions that may aect hearing are
identified and treated before the hearing aid is purchased.
