You are now the owner of a unit that establishes a new reference in the category of high-quality and high-versatility stereophonic products. Verdi Settanta provides circuital solutions with no compromises and features capable to satisfy advanced users’ demands. We equipped Verdi Settanta with a hybrid 70 Watt/channel amplifier with line and phono in, high-performance circuits and separated circuit sections for each channel.

Unpacking and checking Verdi Settanta package Carefully open the package to avoid damaging the content. The package should contain: • • • • • 1 Verdi Settanta 1 remote controller 1 power cord 2 AAA batteries 1 instruction manual If one of the items listed above is missing, please contact your Audio Analogue retailer. After extracting the smallest items from the package, pull out the unit carefully. Separate the package from the anti-shock expanded-foam protections.
Powering up Verdi Settanta The unit turns on when the power button is pressed. If nothing happens, please refer to the troubleshooting section of the present manual. Tubes need about one minute to heathen up and work correctly. For this reason, Verdi Settanta will take time any time it is turned on. Phono Input A feature that makes Verdi Settanta a very flexible unit is the possibility to connect a record-player to the phono input. There are many different kinds of record-player pick-ups with different output voltage but the phono section may be configured for connection with low output MC pick-ups and high output MC or MM pick-up. Follow the instructions below to configure the phono section (four jumpers are provided).
