The following scenario shows again one CD player
and two paging microphones connected. In
contrast to the page before the paging mics are
connected with the 5-pin DIN jack.
Priorities DIN-Jack
This plug shares 3 wires for MIC and 2 for 12VDC.
For details see page 21.
MIC2 has priority before all others
CD-Player
Now the following happens:
As long as there are 12V on two separate
wires, the belonging MIC input gets the
highest priority and is the only signal beeing
processed.

The MUSIC/SPEECH zone is muted
and on the SPEECH/ONLY zone the
signal of the respective MIC input
sounds.
This condition lasts as long as 12V are
on.
