Use the product with our Audio-Technica's dedicated smartph)ne app (for iOS or Android™) for a better user experience.
By default, the product is set to a connection codec that priori:izes sound quality. However, there is a possibility that the
connection status may become unstable, including the sound being interrupted, depending on the usage environment.
Changing the connection codec to "SBC" within the app may improve the connection status.
1 Install the "Connect" app, and pair the headphones.
