Transmitter Setup Battery Selection An alkaline 9-volt battery is recommended. UniPak™ Transmitter Battery Installation 1. Slide off the battery cover as shown in Figure D. 2. Carefully insert a fresh 9-volt alkaline battery, observing correct polarity as marked inside the battery compartment. System Operation Check the frequency of the system against the chart on page 7 to ensure you have the proper frequency for your area.
