1.3 SETTING THE DAY AND TIME ANNOUNCEMENT
The day and the exact time are saved with each incoming message so that you
always know when callers left their messages.
Press the
SET
button for 2 seconds. You will hear the day of the week currently
set, e.g. Sunday.
Press the
SET
button until you hear the correct day of the week.
Confirm the day of the week with the
CHECK
button. You will now hear an
announcement of the hour currently set.
Press the
SET
button until you hear the correct hour announced.
After hearing the correct hour announcement, press the
CHECK
button. You will
now hear an announcement of the minutes currently set.
Press the
SET
button until you hear the correct minutes announced.
Finish the process of entering the day and time announcement with the
CHECK
button.
The voice now repeats the day and time announcement that has just been set.
The current day and time announcement can be called up at any time by pressing the
CHECK
button.
If entering the day and time announcement is suspended for more than 8 seconds,
the answering machine automatically aborts the process. In this case, you must
repeat the process in its entirety.
