- Sicherheitshinweise 1 Sicherheitshinweise Batterie Keine anderen aufladbaren Batterien verwenden. Diese können möglicherweise einen Kurzschluss verursachen. Verwenden Sie beim Austauschen immer nur eine neue Batterie des Typs 9V Blockbatterie Alkaline. Batterien nicht ins Feuer werfen oder ins Wasser tauchen. - Inbetriebnahme 3 3.1 Inbetriebnahme Vor Inbetriebnahme ACHTUNG! Lesen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise am Anfang dieser Anleitung. 3.2 Verpackungsinhalt prüfen Zum Lieferumfang gehören: Anrufbeantworter mit fest angeschlossenem Netzteil und Anschlusskabel eine Bedienungsanleitung 3.3 Batterie einsetzen (nicht im Lieferumfang) Bevor Sie Ihren neuen Anrufbeantworter mit dem Telefonnetz verbinden, sollte eine Batterie eingebaut werden.
- Inbetriebnahme 3.5 Tag- und Zeitansage einstellen Der Anrufbeantworter speichert zu jeder aufgezeichneten Nachricht immer den Wochentag und Uhrzeit, damit Sie immer wissen, wann die Anrufer Ihre Nachrichten hinterlassen haben. Möchten Sie die Tag- und Zeitansage erstmalig eingeben oder eine schon eingegebene Tag- und Zeitansage verändern, gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. - Bedienung 4 Bedienung 4.1 Ansage aufnehmen, ändern oder löschen Bei Ihrer Ansage können Sie auf die Standardansage eines professionellen Rundfunksprechers zurückgreifen oder eine eigene Ansage mit einer Länge von bis zu 60 Sekunden aufnehmen. Wenn keine eigene Ansage aufgenommen wurde, meldet sich automatisch die Standardansage. Beispiel einer eigenen Ansage: “Hallo, hier ist der Anschluss 05432/1234. Leider sind wir im Moment nicht zu erreichen um Ihren Anruf entgegenzunehmen.
- Bedienung 4.2 Eigene Ansage löschen und zur voraufgezeichneten Ansage zurückkehren Haben Sie eine eigene Ansage aufgenommen, können Sie diese löschen und damit zur voraufgezeichneten Ansage zurückkehren. Halten Sie die Taste REC für 2 Sekunden bis zu einem Signalton gedrückt. Die eigene Ansage wird gelöscht und Sie hören als Bestätigung den Text der voraufgezeichneten Ansage. 4.
- Bedienung 4.5 Nachrichten abhören Das Display zeigt die Anzahl aller aufgezeichneten Nachrichten einschliesslich der Notizen (MEMO) und Telefonmitschnitte an. NACHRICHTEN ABHÖREN Drücken Sie einmal die Taste . Der Anrufbeantworter spielt nun zuerst die neuaufgezeichneten Nachrichten ab. Wurden keine neuen Nachrichten aufgezeichnet, werden alle aufgenommenen Nachrichten abgespielt. Sind keine Nachrichten gespeichert, hören Sie mehrere Signaltöne.
- Bedienung 4.6 Notizen aufnehmen Mit Ihrem Anrufbeantworter können Sie den Mitbenutzern des Anrufbeantworters, z.B. Ihrer Familie, Nachrichten hinterlassen. Diese Nachrichten können später mit der abgehört werden. Taste Halten Sie die Taste gedrückt. Nach einem Signalton beginnen Sie mit der Aufnahme der Notiz. Z. B. „Hallo Thomas, das Essen findest Du im Kühlschrank. Ich bin um 22.00 Uhr zurück“. Haben Sie Ihre Nachricht beendet, lassen Sie die Taste Das Display zeigt eine weitere Nachricht an. 4.
- Fernabfrage 5 5.1 Fernabfrage Der Berechtigungscode zur Fernabfrage Ihr Anrufbeantworter besitzt eine persönliche Zugriffsberechtigung (Remote Code), so dass nur Sie die eingegangenen Nachrichten per Fernabfrage abhören können. Der Berechtigungscode ist eine dreistellige Zahl und befindet sich auf der Unterseite (Remote Code) Ihres Gerätes. 5.
- Fernabfrage Hinweis: Während Sie die Nachrichten abhören, fragt das Gerät alle 2 Minuten und 40 Sekunden, ob Sie noch weiter hören möchten. Der Anrufbeantworter stoppt, und Sie hören drei Signaltöne. Geben Sie eine beliebige Zahl ein, um das Abspielen der Nachrichten fortzusetzen.
- Fernabfrage 5.5 Fern-Einschalten Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie verlassen Ihr Büro oder Ihre Wohnung und haben vergessen, Ihren Anrufbeantworter einzuschalten. Über die Fernabfrage können Sie von einem anderen Telefon den Anrufbeantworter einschalten. Rufen Sie Ihre Nummer an, und lassen Sie es solange läuten, bis Ihr Anruf von Ihrem Anrufbeantworter entgegengenommen wird (ca. 10 mal). Nach dem Signalton geben Sie Ihren persönlichen Berechtigungscode ein.

When changing the battery, always use a new 9V alkaline block-type battery. Do not throw batteries into the fire or immerse in water. Press and hold the REC button for 2 seconds until you hear a signal tone. Your own greeting will be deleted and you will hear the text of the pre-recorded greeting in confirmation. 4.

- Remote access 5.5 Switching on remotely Imagine that you have left your office or your house and have forgotten to switch on your answering machine. Using the remote access facility, you can switch on the answering machine from another telephone. Call your number and let it ring until your call is answered by your answering machine (ca. 10 times). After the signal tone, enter your personal authorisation code.
