Note: While you are listening to the messages, the unit asks every 2 minutes and 40
seconds, whether you still want to carry on listening. The answering machine stops
and you will hear three signal tones. Enter any number in the next 10 seconds to
continue playing back the messages.
While playing back, you have the following facilities:
Skip current message Press 7 and #
Repeat current message Press 8 and #
Repeat previous message Press 6 and #
Delete current message Press 3 and #
After the last message, the machine answers with several signal tones. Now, within
the next 20 seconds, you have various possibilities. If you do not make any input
within these 20 seconds, the connection will be cut off automatically and all messages
will remain saved.
Repeat all messages Press 2 and #
Delete all messages Press 3 and #
Record a greeting message Press 7 and #
Complete the recording with the keys 7 and #.
Record a memo Press 8 and #
Complete the recording with the keys 8 and #.
Switch off answering machine Press 9 and #
After this input, the answering machine is no longer ready for operation.
Room monitoring Press 0 and #
Press 0 and # every 20 seconds to continue.
Save all messages no input
