Answering Machine
Listening to new messages / deleting single messages
Press the Menu/OK key.
/ Select Answer Machine and press
Menu/OK.
/ Select Play messages and press
Menu/OK. The loudspeaker on the handset
will be switched on and the playback will start.
During playback you have the following options:
/ You can set the playback volume.
Press Menu/OK, select one of the following
options using the up/down keys and press
Menu/OK:
- Stop, to stop the playback.
- Next, to skip to the next message.
- Repeat, to go back to the previous message
or to begin the relevant message again.
- Delete, to delete the relevant message.
☞ These options you can access via the digit keys as well.
Press:
- key
2 : to stop playback.
- key
6 : to skip to the next message.
- key
4 : to begin the relevant message again or to go back
to the previous message (press key
4 twice).
- key
5 : to delete the relevant message.
