Date/Time
Press the menu key.

(on the desktop telephone) or
HS SETTINGS
(on the handset) and
press
OK
.

DATE & TIME
and press
OK
.
/ Select the year and confirm with
OK
.
/ Select the month and confirm with
OK
.
/ Select the day and confirm with
OK
.
/ Select the hour and confirm with
OK
.
/ Select the minute and confirm with
OK
.
You only have to do this setting on one of the devices; the other one will take date and time from that
one.
☞ In case of mains failure at the desktop telephone this setting will be deleted when simultaneously
the handset is switched off or the batteries are empty.
Alarm (handset only)
Press the menu key.

ON

/ Select the hours and minutes and confirm each by pressing
OK

/ Select
SNOOZE ON
or
SNOOZE OFF
and press

. If “Snooze” is turned on it
means that the alarm signal is being repeated after 5 minutes.
If “Snooze” is turned off the alarm signal is given once at the specified time. To confirm
the alarm signal, press any key.
Setting the ringer

VOLUME Select the volume and press
OK
.
If you select “VOLUME OFF” the respective icon appears in the
display.
