Setting the telephone
Setting Call Barring (handset only)
Press the menu key.
/ Select HS SETTINGS and press OK .
/ Select
BARRING and press OK .
Enter the relevant PIN (default 0 0 0 0) and press
OK .
/ Select
ON and press OK .
/ Select a number 1 … 4 and press
OK .
Enter enter a max. 4 digit number and press
OK . If barring mode is set to on, your
phone will check the first 4 digits of the dialling number with the set bar numbers.
☞ If barring mode is set to on and the dialling number matched with any one of the set bar
numbers, the dialling procedure will be aborted with “CALLS BARRED” shown in the display.
Select a base station (handset only)
Press the menu key.
/ Select HS SETTINGS and press OK .
/ Select
SELECT BASE and press OK .
/ You see a list of base stations. The relevant base is marked with a “+”. Select a base
and press
OK .
☞ You can only select a base station your handset is already registered to.
Setting the dial mode
Press the menu key.
/ Select SETTINGS (on the desktop telephone) or BS SETTINGS (on the handset) and
press
OK .
/ Select
DIAL MODE and press OK .
/ Select
TONE or PULSE and press OK .
☞ In most situations the TONE option should be selected.
Setting the Flash Time
Press the menu key.
/ Select SETTINGS (on the desktop telephone) or BS SETTINGS (on the handset) and
press
OK .
/ Select
FLASH TIME and press OK .
/ Select 100 (ms), 250 (ms), 600 (ms) or 1000 (ms) and confirm with
OK .
