On the desktop telephone additionally
Press the I<< key briefly to listen to the current OGM.
Deleting the personal outgoing message
Press the menu key.
/ Select TAM and press OK .
/ Select
TAM SETTINGS and press OK .
/ Select
SET OGM and press OK .
/ Select
OGM 1 for the “answer and record mode” or OGM 2 for the “answer-only
mode” and press
OK .
/ Select
DEFAULT and press OK .
Confirm the confirmation query with
OK .
Listen new messages / deleting single messages
On the desktop telephone only
Press to start playback …
The loudspeaker will be switched on and the playback will start.
or
On the desktop telephone or on the handset
Press the menu key.
/ Select TAM and press OK .
/ Select
MESSAGE and press OK .
The loudspeaker will be switched on and the playback will start.
During playback you have the following options:
/ You can set the playback volume (on the desktop telephone you can use
+/– as well).
On the desktop telephone
Delete the relevant message
To begin the relevant message again or to go back to the previous message (press 2
times)
Pause / play
Skip to the next message
Stop playback
On the handset
