Deleting all old messages
Press the menu key.
/ Select TAM and press OK .
/ Select
DELETE ALL and press OK .
All old (already heard) messages will be deleted after a confirmation query.
On the desktop telephone additionally
Press the delete key for approx. 2 seconds. All old (already heard) messages will be
deleted.
Recording a memo
Press the menu key.
/ Select TAM and press OK .
/ Select
MEMO and press OK .
Speak your memo to the microphone and press
OK .
On the desktop telephone additionally
Press the >>I key for approx. 2 seconds. “MEMO“ appears in the display and you are
prompted to speak your memo.
Press the Stop key to stop recording.
Taking a call from the answering machine
It is possible to intercept a call even if the answering machine has already begun to take it. So you
can talk with the person who called.
On the desktop telephone

Lift the handset or press the handsfree button.
On the handset
/
Press the Off Hook button or the handsfree button.
Setting the answering machine
Press the menu key.
/ Select TAM and press OK .
/ Select
TAM SETTINGS and press OK .
/ Select one of the following options and confirm with
OK :
TAM ON/OFF Switching the answering machine on or off.
SET OGM Select/record/playback OGMs
TAM ALERT If this feature is activated you will hear an audible warning tone every 60 seconds if
you have new messages.
SET RING Select the delay for answering a call:
-
x RINGS (2 … 9 calls): Call will be answered after x rings.

TOLL SAVER : If new messages are available, the answering machine will answer
