Placing Orders: You may place orders via phone, fax, mail, email or the Internet. Call TOLL FREE 1-800-645-5833,

email to sales@rnjelectronics.com or Order online at WWW.RNJELECTRONICS.COM.
All orders are Credit Card / Debit Card.
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Governmental, Educational, Industrial and OEM bids are welcomed.
No Minimum order amount required.
Special discounts may be available for bulk quantity orders; please contact the RNJ Electronics
sales department for details.
Return Policy: Any defective or incorrectly shipped item must be returned prepaid with a copy of the invoice to
insure proper handling. Any returns due to customer error will be charged a 20% restocking and handling charge.
Reshipments: Customers will incur a $10.00 reshipment charge plus any applicable shipping charges should a
package be returned due to customer error.

Backorder Policy: If a particular item is not available for immediate shipment, we will backorder and send as
available unless customer cancellation is requested.
Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Parcel Post, FedEx, UPS Blue,
UPS next day, and UPS 3-Day select are available upon request.
