Remove the system cooling fans retention screws from the left panel (Figure
4-14).

Remove the system cooling fans from the chassis. Step 0:
4.6.2 Install the New System Cooling Fans
To install the new system cooling fans, please follow the steps below.
Insert the system cooling fans into the chassis and attach to the left panel with
the previously removed retention screws.
Rebundle the new fan wires and tie them to the chassis like the old fan wires.
Reconnect the new fan connector to the motherboard.
