AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro SICHERHEITSHINWEISE Temperatur und Umgebungsbedingungen Das Gerät ist für den Betrieb in geschützten Räumen mit einem Temperaturbereich von +5 °C bis +45 °C ausgelegt. Das Gerät darf nicht in Feuchträumen wie Bad oder Waschküche aufgestellt werden. Vermeiden Sie die Nähe zu Wärmequellen wie Heizkörpern und setzen Sie das Gerät keiner direkten Sonnenbestrahlung aus. Es ist völlig normal, dass sich der Handapparat und die Basisstation beim täglichen Gebrauch erhitzen.

ANSCHLIESSEN 1.1 AUSPACKEN In der Verpackung befinden sich folgende Teile: Handapparat Gürtelclip Basisstation Netzteil 3 NiMh Akkus Telefonkabel Bedienungsanleitung 1.2 GÜRTELCLIP Möchten Sie Ihr AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro immer bei sich tragen, können Sie den Befestigungsclip benutzen, um den Handapparat z.B. an Ihrem Gürtel zu befestigen. 1.
AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro 1.4 ANSCHLIESSEN PFLEGE DER BATTERIEN Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme muss der Handapparat für mindestens 18 Stunden geladen werden. Die aufladbaren Batterien unterliegen genau wie Ihre Autobatterie unvermeidlich einer gewissen Alterung. Allerdings können Sie auf diesen Alterungsprozess Einfluss nehmen, indem Sie die Batterien gewissermassen "trainieren". Wenn Sie bei regelmässiger Benutzung Ihres Telefons die Batterien zyklisch aufladen.

AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro 2.2 BEDIENELEMTE Displaymeldungen Das Antennensymbol leuchtet, wenn sich der Handapparat in der Reichweite der Basisstation befindet. Antenne Batteriesymbol Das Batteriesymbol zeigt eine schwache Batteriekapazität an. Der Handapparat muss geladen werden. Leuchtet das Batteriesymbol nicht, ist genügend Batteriekapazität vorhanden. Die Gesprächsanzeige leuchtet während den Gesprächen. Gesprächsanzeige Tastatursperre EXT EXTERNE GESPRÄCHE INT Interne Gespräche 2.
BEDIENUNG AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro 3. BEDIENUNG 3.1 BETRIEBSBEREITSCHAFT Im normalen Betriebszustand zeigt das Display des Handapparates die Meldung MULTI 1. Diese Anzeige können Sie jederzeit ändern, und einen anderen Namen eingeben. Siehe dazu das Kapitel 7.8. 3.2 ANRUFE ENTGEGENNEHMEN Erreicht Sie ein Anruf, ertönt der Tonruf am Handapparat und an der Basisstation. Im Display blinkt die Anzeige EXT. Wegen der Funkübertragung klingelt der Handapparat etwas später als die Basisstation.
AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro 3.4 BEDIENUNG ANZEIGE DER GESPRÄCHSDAUER Während eines Gesprächs wird im Display die aktuelle Gesprächsdauer angezeigt. Die Anzeige beginnt einige Sekunden nachdem die Rufnummer gewählt wurde oder das Gespräch angenommen wurde. Nach Beendigung des Gesprächs, bleibt die Gesprächsdauer noch für einige Sekunden im Display angezeigt. 3.5 HANDAPPARAT EIN-/AUSSCHALTEN Mit dem Ein-/Ausschalter können Sie den Handapparat ein- oder ausschalten.
BEDIENUNG 3.8 AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro STUMMTASTE Mit der Taste können Sie während eines Telefongespräches das Mikrofon des Handapparates abschalten. So ist es möglich zu sprechen, ohne dass der Gesprächspartner Sie hört. Der Lautsprecher im Handapparat bleibt eingeschaltet, und Sie können den Gesprächspartner weiterhin verstehen. Drücken Sie während eine Gesprächs für eine Sekunde die Taste . Im Display erscheint die Anzeige „MUTED“ und das Mikrofon ist abgeschaltet.
AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro BEDIENUNG Bei der Benutzung mehrerer Handapparate können die Wahlsperren den verschiedenen Handapparaten zugeordnet werden. Eingehende Gespräche können bei eingeschalteter Wahlsperre normal entgegengenommen werden. Das Ein- und Ausschalten ist nur in Verbindung mit dem PIN-Code der Basisstation möglich. BITTE DEN ANWEISUNGEN FOLGEN: Display zeigt: Drücken Sie die Taste so oft, bis die Meldung „Base BASE SETTING Setting“ im Display erscheint.
TELEFONBUCH AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro 3.11 PAGING DER HANDAPPARATE Wenn Sie sich nicht mehr erinnern können, wo Sie Ihren Handapparat liegen gelassen haben, drücken Sie die Taste der Basisstation. Sie werden für 30 Sekunden die Tonsignale des Handapparates hören und ihn so leicht wiederfinden. Das Display des Handapparates zeigt die Meldung am Handapparat oder der „BASE PAGING“. Mit Taste Taste der Basisstation werden die Tonsignale beendet. 4. DAS TELEFONBUCH 4.
AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro TELEFONBUCH Erklärung der Namenseingabe Bevor Sie die Telefonnummer speichern geben Sie nun zuerst den Namen ein. Zur Eingabe des Namens sind die Zahlen mit Buchstaben beschriftet. Durch mehrmaliges Drücken der entsprechenden Taste können Grossbuchstaben sowie Zahlen und Sonderzeichen eingegeben werden. Beispiel: Sie möchten den Namen "Peter" eingeben.
TELEFONBUCH 4.2 AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro GESPEICHERTE RUFNUMMERN AUS DEM TELEFONBUCH ANWÄHLEN BITTE DEN ANWEISUNGEN FOLGEN: Display zeigt: Drücken Sie einmal die Taste . Das Display zeigt z.B. ZUHAUSE den Namen des ersten Speicherplatzes an. Mit der Taste oder den Pfeiltasten, können Sie nun z.B. PETER HANDY den gewünschten Namen aus dem Telefonbuch wählen. Drücken Sie die Gesprächstaste und die gewünschte Verbindung wird sofort hergestellt.

RUFNUMMERNANZEIGE 5. AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro RUFNUMMERNANZEIGE (CLIP) Mit der Rufnummernanzeige können Sie bei eingehenden Gesprächen erkennen, wer Sie anruft. Wenn diese Funktion an Ihrer Telefonleitung zur Verfügung steht, zeigt Ihnen das Display bereits die Rufnummer des Anrufers, wenn das Telefon klingelt. Haben Sie diese Rufnummer in Ihrem Telefonbuch gespeichert, wird anstatt der Rufnummer der Name angezeigt.

T-NET/ NEBENSTELLENANLAGEN T-NET-BETRIEB / NEBENSTELLENANLAGEN Die "R" Signaltaste Ihres Telefons können Sie an Nebenstellenanlagen und bei der Verwendung der T-Net Funktionen der DEUTSCHEN TELEKOM nutzen. 6.1 “R” TASTE AN NEBENSTELLENANLAGEN Haben Sie Ihr AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro mit einer Nebenstellenanlage verbunden, können Sie alle Möglichkeiten, wie z.B. Anrufe weiterleiten, automatischen Rückruf usw. nutzen.

EINSTELLUNGEN HANDAPPARAT 7. AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro EINSTELLUNGEN AM HANDAPPARAT Wegen der besseren Übersicht sind alle Programmierschritte einheitlich und übersichtlich erklärt. Sollten Sie sich schon besser mit der Programmierung auskennen, können Sie auch die beiden Pfeiltaster rechts und links neben der Null 0 benutzen, um so zwischen den einzelnen Programmierschritten zu wechseln. 7.
AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro 7.2 EINSTELLUNGEN HANDAPPARAT TONRUF FÜR EXTERNE GESPRÄCHE EINSTELLEN Für eingehende externe Gespräche stehen 9 verschiedene Tonrufsignale in jeweils 9 verschiedenen Lautstärkestufen zur Verfügung, damit Sie den Tonruf an Ihre Bedürfnisse anpassen können. EINSTELLUNGEN HANDAPPARAT 7.3 AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro TONRUF FÜR INTERNE GESPRÄCHE EINSTELLEN Bei der Benutzung von mehreren Handapparaten ist es nützlich eine eigene Tonrufmelodie nur für interne Gespräche auszuwählen. So können Sie externe und interne Gespräche schon am Tonrufsignal unterscheiden. BITTE DEN ANWEISUNGEN FOLGEN: Drücken Sie die Taste so oft, bis die Meldung „HINT RING“ im Display erscheint. Diese zusätzlichen Handapparate erhalten Sie bei Ihrem AUDIOLINE Fachhändler mit der Bezeichnung DECT 3001micro. Bei der Benutzung von mehreren Handapparaten erhalten Sie folgende Möglichkeiten: - Interne Gespräche zwischen den Handapparaten Externe Gespräche können zwischen den Handapparaten weitergeleitet werden.
AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro 9.1 MEHRERE HANDAPPARATE INTERN TELEFONIEREN Sobald Sie mehrere Handapparate an eine Basisstation angeschlossen haben, können Sie interne Gespräche führen. Drücken Sie dazu die Taste INT und dann die Nummer des gewünschten Handapparates. Das Gespräch wird mit der Gesprächstaste am gerufenen Handapparat entgegengenommen. 9.
MEHRERE HANDAPPARATE 9.3 AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro AN- UND ABMELDEN VON HANDAPPARATEN 9. 3.1 ANMELDEN VON HANDAPPARATEN Um einen Handapparat an die Basisstation anzumelden, gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor: BITTE DEN ANWEISUNGEN FOLGEN: Display zeigt: Halten Sie die Taste am Handapparat für ca. 15 Sekunden gedrückt, bis Sie einen Signalton hören. Wurde vorher ein Reset der Basisstation durchgeführt, befindet sich die Basis im Anmeldemodus.
AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro MEHRERE HANDAPPARATE 9.3.2 ABMELDEN VON HANDAPPARATEN Hier erfahren Sie, wie Handapparate von einer Basisstation wieder abgemeldet werden können. Der Handapparat Nr. 1 und der Handapparat, von dem das Abmelden durchgeführt wird, lassen sich nicht von der Basisstation abmelden. Hinweis: Um alle Handapparate abzumelden, können Sie einen Reset der Basisstation durchführen. Siehe dazu 8.5.
MEHRERE HANDAPPARATE AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro 9.3.3 BASISSTATION AUSWÄHLEN Ist der Handapparat an verschiedene Basisstationen angemeldet, können Sie hier eine bestimmte Basisstation auswählen oder auf automatische Wahl schalten. Der Anruf kann am Handapparat nicht entgegengenommen werden, wenn die Basisstation klingelt Es handelt sich um ein Schnurlos-Telefon, bei dem der Anruf zuerst auf den Handapparat übertragen werden muss.

Exactly like your car battery, the rechargeable batteries are unavoidably subject to a certain ageing. However, you can have an influence on this ageing process by “training” the batteries to a certain extent.

You can change this display at any time and enter a different name. For more information, see Chapter 7.8. 3.2 RECEIVING CALLS When a call comes in, the ringing tone sounds on the handset and also on the base station. The message EXT flashes in the display. Due to the radio transmission, the handset rings a little later than the base station.
OPERATION 3.4 AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro CALL DURATION DISPLAY The actual call duration is shown in the display during a call. The indication starts a few seconds after the number has been dialled or the call has been taken. The call duration still remains showing in the display for a few seconds after the call has been ended. 3.5 SWITCHING THE HANDSET ON AND OFF You can turn the handset on or off using the On/Off switch . If the handset is switched off, no battery power is used.
AUDIOLINE DECT 3000micro 3.8 OPERATION SECRECY BUTTON The handset microphone can be turned off during a call by using the button. It is thus possible to speak without the other person hearing you. The loudspeaker in the handset remains switched on and you can continue to hear the other person. Press the button for one second during a call. The message “MUTED” appears in the display and the microphone is switched off. To switch the microphone on again, briefly press the button once.

You will hear the handset audible signal for 30 seconds and thus be easily able to find it again. The display on the handset shows the message “BASE PAGING”.
