5.2 SAVING A NUMBER FROM THE CALLER LIST TO THE
PHONE BOOK
A telephone number stored in the caller list can be saved directly to the phone
book.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS: Display shows:
Press the button once.
"CALLER ID"
Confirm the selection with . The first memory
location in the caller list appears in the display.
Number received
or the associated
name if the number
is stored in the
phone book.
You can now select the required number using the
button or the arrow keys < and >.
Press the
. button once.
“DELETE MSG ?“
Press the button twice.
“INSERT PB ?“
Confirm the selection with .
PHONE BOOK =>
NAME
Now enter the associated name using the number
keypad.

Confirm the selection with .
ADDRESS:
If not all storage locations have been used, the display
now shows a free memory location between 0 and 19. If
you want to choose a different memory location, you
can also enter a memory location between 00 and 19
directly using the number keypad.
WARNING! You will not receive a warning if the
selected memory location is already occupied.
An occupied memory location is erased
automatically as soon as this location is used for
a new number.
