9.3 LOGGING HANDSETS ON AND OFF
9. 3.1 LOGGING ON OF HANDSETS
To log a handset onto a base station, please proceed as follows:
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS: Display shows:
Press and hold the button on the handset for ca.
15 seconds until you hear a signal tone. If the base
station has previously been reset, the base will be in log
on mode.
Press the button as often as necessary until the
message “H-REGISTER” appears in the display.

Confirm the selection with .
SEARCH BS 1
If the handset is not logged on to a base, “Search bs 1”
appears in the display. If the handset is already logged
on to another base, “Search bs 2” for example appears
in the display. Choose which base station the handset
should search for using the button.

Confirm the selection with .
Base station

Confirm the number displayed with the button.
PP PIN;:
Now enter the handset PIN code
(factory setting 1 5 9 0).
PP PIN :****
Confirm the selection with .
The display returns to the message “H- Register” and
the log on function has been carried out.
H- REGISTER
You can return to the main menu by holding the
button.

If you want to exit programming, please press the
button twice for one second.
