8.1 Setting up ringing tones and adjusting the ringer

volume

The following functions are available in this menu:

1/4 Ringer volume adjustable in four steps

2/4 Select ring tone

3/4 Select ring tone for the general phone book

4/4 Select ring tone for the family/friends phone book

PROGRAMMING STEP INDICATION IN DISPLAY

1. Press .

The

symbol flashes

2. Confirm with .

1/4 +++ (factory setting)

3. You can now set the required

volume in four steps using the

(b) and (d) buttons.

1/4 + or ++ or +++ or ++++

4. Confirm with .

2/4 Birdie (factory setting)

5. You can now select the required

ring tone using the

(b) and

(d) buttons.

2/4 Birdie or Music etc.

6. Confirm with .

3/4 Music (factory setting)

7. You can now select the required

ring tone for the general phone

book using the

(b) and

(

d) buttons.

3/4 Birdie or Music etc.

8. Confirm with .

4/4 Starry (factory setting)

9. You can now select the required

ring tone for the family/friends

phone book using the

(b)

and

(d) buttons.

4/4 Birdie or Music etc.

10. Confirm with .

1/4 +++ (factory setting)

11. Exit programming with the

button.
