Charging the batteries
Before using thehandsetfor thefirsttime,place it in thebase station/chargingstation for
atleast 14 hours.W hen thehandset is correctly inserted in the base station / charging
station, an acousticsignal issuedand the chargecontrol lamp lights up.The handset
warmsup during the charging process.This is normal and does not representa risk.Do
notcharge the handsetwithcharging unitsfromothermanufacturers.T he currentbattery
