Guarantee

AUDIOLINEequipment is produced and testedaccordingtothe latestproduction

methods.T he implementation of carefullychosenmaterials and highly developed technol-

ogiesensuretrouble-freefunctioning and a long servicelife.The termsof guaranteedo

notapply where the cause of equipmentmalfunction is the faultof thetelephonenetwork

operatoror any interposedprivatebranchextensionsystem.The termsofguarantee do

notapply to the batteriesor powerpacksused in theproducts.The period ofguarantee is

24 monthsfromthe date of purchase.

Alldeficienciesresulting frommaterialor productionfaultswhich occurduringtheperiod

ofguarantee will be eliminatedfreeofcharge.Rightsto claimsunder the termsof guaran-

teeare annulled followinginterventionby the purchaseror third parties.Damagecaused

asa resultof improperhandling or operation,incorrectpositioning or storing,improper

connection or installation,Acts ofGod or other externalinfluence are not coveredby the

termsofguarantee.In the case ofcomplaints,we reserve the rightto repair or replace de-

fectparts or providea replacementdevice.Replacementpartsordevicesbecome our

property.Rights to compensation in the case ofdamageare excludedwhere therei s no

evidenceof intentor grossnegligence by the manufacturer.

Ifyourdeviceshows signs ofdefectduring theperiodofguarantee,pleasereturnit tothe

salesoutletin which you purchasedtheAUDIOLINEdevice togetherwiththepurchase re-

ceipt.All rightstoclaimsunder the termsofguarantee in accordancewith thisagreement

mustbe asserted exclusivelywithregardtoyour sales outlet.Two yearsafterthepur-

chaseand transfer of our products,claimsunder the termsof guaranteecanno longer be

asserted.
