Recording outgoing messages
An outgoing message must be at least 3 seconds long and a maximum of 3 minutes.
Please note: The longer the outgoing message, the less recording time is availa-
ble for incoming messages!
2 sec @ Activate outgoing message mode.
Wait for the outgoing message.
Press and hold w or v Start OGM recording mode
To record outgoing message 1, press w.
To record outgoing message 2, press v.
{ì} ð Speak your message after the acoustic signal.
Release w or v End recording mode.
The new outgoing message is played back.
Controlling the current outgoing message
@ Play the outgoing message
s Stop playback
Deleting self−recorded OGM and restoring default OGM
After deleting your own outgoing message, the default message is automatically reacti-
vated.
@ Play the outgoing message
Start the deleting process / Activate the default
outgoing message
Playing back and deleting recorded messages
The message indicator flashes when messages have been recorded.
Playing back messages
The recorded messages are played back in the sequence they were recorded. The week-
day and time of recording are announced with each message.
2 sec q Play the new messages
q Play all the messages
If you want to interrupt playback briefly (pause) press the q button during
playback. An acoustic signal is then issued every 10 seconds.
To resume playback, press q again.
s Stop playback
w Repeat playback of current message
2x w Play previous message
v Play next message
