5 Making calls

5.1 Display and explanation of operation sequences

ë Enter numbers

2 sec É Press the button depicted for 2

seconds

1x to 10x £ Press the button depicted between

one and ten times

{í} Acoustic signal on the handset

è Remove the handset from the base

station

é Place the handset in the base station

2^3 or Text or icon in the display

5.2 Taking a call

{í},  or è Take the call

 or é End the call

5.3 Answering two calls

You will hear acoustic signals (call waiting) if a second call is received

while you are talking on the telephone. It is possible to switch between

the two callers.

R, 2 Switch to other caller

Caution: The functions for phone number display, holding calls

and call waiting are supplementary services offered by your tele-

phone network provider. Contact your network provider for further

information.

Flash time must be set to use the supplementary services.
