6 Troubleshooting
Should problems arise with the headset, refer to the following information.
In the case of any technical problems, please contact our Service Hotline
0180 5 00 13 88 (cost via Telekom at time of going to print: 12 ct/min). In the
case of claims under the terms of guarantee, contact your sales outlet.
There is a 2 year period of guarantee.

Equipment does not func-

Make sure the headset is switched on (refer to Switching
the headset on/off)
Check that the battery has been fully charged (refer to
Charging the headset)
Check that the Bluetooth function has been activated
on your phone. Refer to the operating manual provided
with the phone being used.
