11.9.3 Playing message / memo
The recorded messages/memos are played back in the sequence they were recorded. The week-
day and time of receipt are played back with each message.
Using the base station:
& Play new messages only
2 sec & Play old and new messages
" Stop playback of the messages
 Repeat playback of the message
2 x  Play the previous message
 Play the next message
Using the handset:
 Open the main menu
 or 
Play Message
,  Open the Play Messages menu
 or 
New Msg−
,  Play new messages only
or
 or  All Msg− ,  Play old and new messages
' Repeat playback of the message
2 x ' Play the previous message

Using the base station:
& Play the messages/memos
% Delete the current message/memo
Using the handset:
 Open the main menu
 or 
Play Message
,  Open the Play Messages menu
 or  All Msg− ,  Play old and new messages
 Delete the current message/memo
11.9.5 Deleting all messages/memos
All the old and new messages/memos are deleted from the memory.
Using the base station:
& Play the messages/memos
 Skip to the last message
% Delete all the old and new messages/memos
Using the handset:
 Open the main menu
