5 Telephoning
Taking a call

ë Enter the phone number (max. 20
digits)
C Delete the last digit if incorrect
F Dial the phone number
It is also possible to press the Call button first to obtain the dialling
tone for an outside line. The digits then entered are dialled imme-
diately. It is not possible to correct wrong digits individually using
this dialling procedure.
Redialling
Your telephone stores the last phone number dialled.
W, F Activate redialling and dial the number
Calling back calls received
The telephone stores the numbers of the last 20 calls received in a call
log.
K Open the call log
K or L, F Select the entry and dial the number
Dialling numbers from the phone book
There must be phone numbers stored in the phone book;
Page 28 and Page 34.
L Open the phone book
K or L, F Select the entry and dial the number
Internal calls

Making an internal call
There must be two or more handsets (HS1, HS2, ...) registered on your
base station in order to make internal calls free of charge.
HS1: I, e.g. 2 Dial the internal call number of the
handset required
HS2: F Take the internal call on the other
handset
HS1 / HS2: E End the internal call
Transferring external calls internally
HS1: I, e.g. 2 Dial the internal call number of the
handset required during the external
call
HS2: F Take the internal call on the other
handset
HS1: E Transfer the call
If the handset called does not answer, take the external call back
by pressing the I button.
