This chapter provides basic information on using the operating instruction
manual and the telephone.

Display Description
 Displays the contour of buttons
 Press the button depicted briefly

Icon Description
On: Indicates the battery charge status.
Run−through segments: The battery pack is being
charged  Page 34.
On: The alarm function is activated.
Flashing: The alarm is ringing.

On: A call is currently being made.
Flashing: A call has been received  Page 38.
There are new calls in the call list  Page 49.
The answering machine is switched on.
New messages are recorded on the answering
machine.
