Key function assignment, Play Messages menu
The following table provides an overview of the respective functions as-
signed to the individual buttons in the Play Message menu.
Button Function
 Play messages via the loudspeaker
 or  Set the volume
Pause Pause/Resume playback of messages
$ Repeat playback of the message
2 x $ Play the previous message
% or
Delete
Delete the message during playback
& Play the next message
 Exit the Play Messages menu and
return to Standby mode
Playing recorded messages
The recorded messages are played back in the sequence they were re-
corded. The weekday and time of recording are announced for the re-
spective message prior to being played.
Delete all old messages
All the messages / memos already played are deleted.
