Note: This option is only available, if a subwoofer is connected and
set to available.
Set X-Over Freq:
Use keys Vol- and Vol+ to adjust crossover frequency (X-Over Freq.) for the
speakers of the current channel group. Skip through channel groups by using keys
Ch+ / Ch- .
Set High Pass Q:
Adjust Q factor of current high pass filter. Default setting is 0.71 and should only be
altered by experts.
Is Subwoofer available?:
If a subwoofer is available in your speaker configuration, press Vol+ key to activate it
(Yes or available). If a subwoofer is not available, press Vol- key to deactivate
the subwoofer channel (No or not available).
Note:
· You can only switch off the subwoofer, if Front speakers are set to Large and no
channel group is set to X-Bass. Otherwise the display shows n/a if you press
Vol- key.
Set Subw. Phase:
Select phase of the Subwoofer to normal or inverted.
Important:
The following additional conditions apply to the Bass Manager:
· Channel group Front can not be set to None.
· If Front is set to Small all other channel groups are forced to Small and the
Subwoofer is activated.
· Only if channel group Surr is available (= not None), group Back can be selected
to any other than None.
· If channel group Surr is switched to None, group Back is forced to None
automatically.
· Only if the Subwoofer is activated (set to available), any of the other channel
groups can be set to X-Bass.
· If any channel group is set to X-Bass, the Subwoofer cannot be deactivated.
