Low Top
Carpet
1. Remove all seating.
2. Remove Engine cover.
3. Remove all door step plates.
4. Remove all window sill wood.
5. Remove 2 screws in window frame that were exposed after sill removal.
6. Remove deluxe wall (refer to procedure) if equipped.
7. Remove both rear storage cabinets installed in walls, if equipped.
8. Remove sofa control module.
9. Remove jack and jack handle, remove jack base plate.
10. Remove all seat belt anchor bolts secured at floor.
11. Remove TV console if equipped.
12. Beginning at rear cargo doors grasp carpet and lift upward removing carpet from
flooring, moving toward the front of the van roll carpet as it is freed. If you encounter
difficulty with carpet that is wedged under the walls gently grasp the bottom of the
wall and the window frame and pull outward. This will lift the wall away from the
carpeting allowing you to pull it free, * Note carpet is stapled along the edges of the
rear fender wells and will require extra effort to release. Ensure that all staples are
removed prior to installing the new carpet.
Center Beam, Molded Plastic
1. Remove map light cover and unscrew housing. Remove map lights.
2. Remove exposed screws.
3. Remove screws from center wood insert.
4. Remove exposed screws from molded plastic center beam, lower center beam.
5. Disconnect electrical connector and remove center beam.
6. If vehicle is equipped with rear air unscrew the outer male from the inner female
outlet.
Door Panel, Passenger & Driver Front
1. Remove factory door handle.
2. Grasp insert on upper door panel and pull outward until retainers are free from door,
disconnect electrical connector.
3. Remove exposed screws.
4. Remove retainer screw from bottom front corner of door panel (exposed).
5. Grasp door panel at top edge and pull outward and pull upward to free.
6. Bottom door panel, grasp edges of panel and pull outward until retainers are free.
Door Panel, Cargo Doors, Rear
1. Remove door handle bezel (2) screws, passenger side.
2. Grasp edge of door panel at top and pull outward until you feel retainers are free.
3. Continue this motion all around panel to complete process.
